The website https://flytotheeast.com, the mobile iOS&Android Travelpayouts software application, and several websites that let you look for airline tickets, hotel rooms, and rental cars are all owned and operated by Go Travel Un Limited, a Hong Kong corporation, and its subsidiaries, together known as Go Travel. On a “white-label” basis, we make our websites and apps available to anyone looking to grow the travel sector for the sole use of specific of their clients who create a Travelpayouts account through the “white-labelled” app (“App”) and/or “white-labelled” website (“Website”).
Whether you are a visitor or one of our partners (affiliates), these Terms of Use regulate how you use our websites, apps, and related goods and services (collectively, “Services”).
When you submit a search request, we get in touch with several of our partners, such as service providers, airlines, hotels, and travel agencies, among others, to get a list of potential options. We then sort through the results and show them to you. Once you have found a good alternative, you can click on the related record after searching, filtering, and browsing the results. You are not entitled to any warranties, including fitness for purpose, and the travel search service is offered “as is.” It offers general information without taking into account your particular needs. We don’t verify any of the ticket/booking information we show for correctness, availability, application, suitability for your needs, citizenship/visa status, etc.; it all comes from our partners.
The accuracy of information outside of our control is not our responsibility. control over weather, time zones and time differences, travel time, exchange rates, etc. You use city guides at your own risk because they may contain inaccurate information.
We disclaim all liability for any activities you take in response to material on this website, whether explicit or implicit.
We cannot guarantee that tickets or bookings will be available or that the price our partners have given us will be the same as the amount you pay because we don’t sell anything (see above).
